CAD designing:
A complete 3D designing being done in-house for the product drawings before cutting. Provides 3D designing for clear understanding of the product and prototypes as possible. Designing panels and facades for architectural purpose. Point to point measurement of the product is the USP of the team to ensure accuracy.
CNC Laser cutting
In-house CNC laser cutting machine is installed with capacity of 0.5mm to 15mm thick Mild Steel or Stainless Steel. This Salvagnini machine is an Italian laser cutting machine with the bed size of 8ft. loading un-loading is done using vacuum loader to avoid any sheet bending while processing. This technology is used for multiple outsourced work as well where we serve multiple other metal related industries with laser cutting technology. This technology is used in facades, wall arts and name plates for architectural purpose. Accuracy of 0.2 mm, including Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium Alloys, Galvanized Steel, Titanium, Brass and Copper in sheet sizes up to 1250 mm X 2500 mm.
Bending
CNC bending machines are used for bending up to 2.5mm thick sheet. A complete U bending are being done in-house used for luminaires Indoor and Outdoor. Various outsourced work related to bigger projects are being done from the same bending machines.
Deep Draw
Multiple deep Draw machines installed with bed size of 650x650mm. Troffers and chimneys are easily manufactured in here with most accuracy & least wastage.
Welding
MIG welding, SPOT welding, Laser welding & Stud welding are done in-house for varied fabrication related work.
